Clubs meeting the criteria for the “Golden Gavel Award” will be recognized by the Program Quality Director by 1) the Golden Gavel Recognition Plaque, 2) receiving a Golden Gavel Ribbon for your club banner, 3) being recognized on the District 46 website.
District 46 will provide newly chartered clubs with a personalized Toastmasters Club Banner (Item 322), a $100 value, when the club charters within two months of their first demo meeting.
District 46 will reimburse your club up to a maximum of $100 for Meetup membership. Meetup helps people find others who share their interest or cause, and form lasting, influential, local community groups that regularly meet face-to-face.
The District will reimburse the club up to $100 dollars for holding a successful event. * Hold an Open House/Membership Drive between July 15th and June 15th * Create and submit an invitation, flier and agenda * Submit your guest attendance report * Clubs are eligible for reimbursement up to $100 per event * Maximum of two events per Toastmaster’s year
Help a Newly Chartered Club Build a Strong Foundation! District 46 will present the Mentor Pin at the beginning of the assignment, and the Desk Mate Alarm and Pencil Cup Holder after successful completion of six to twelve month term as Club Mentor.
Serve as a Club Coach – Help a Struggling Club Become Successful! District 46 will present the Club Coach Pin at the beginning of the assignment, and the Desk Mate Alarm and Pencil Cup Holder after successful completion of six to twelve month term as Club Coach.
District 46 will present the club an Advanced Communicator Library Set to clubs in which three or more members achieve their Advanced Communication Awards.
District 46 will present a 4-pack of Competent Communication Manuals to clubs where five or more members achieve their Competent Communication awards.
