District Governor

Welcome from District Governor Neerja Purang

Neerja Purang, DTM

Dear Members,

We would like to welcome you to the very first month of our Toastmaster’s Year 2014-2015. We know we have a great team in you and together we will have a very successful year. We are confident that you will take the challenges and learning opportunities Toastmaster Program provides and will continue to learn, grow and “pay it forward” to your fellow toastmaster members.

Your 12 months as communicators and as Club, Area, Division and District leaders count. Let’s strive to go beyond our call of duties to give STAR-quality results, to give the best of ourselves as communicators, leaders and friends to our fellow members and clubs. Let’s cheer, support, and assist our peers as they work towards achieving their goals.Let’s continue our tradition of excellence in service to our dear members.

It all starts with you, our members. When each member becomes distinguished in his or her role as a communicator, leader, mentor, and coach, it guarantees every club, area and division to also become distinguished.
