Lt. Governor Education & Training

Thank You for a Great Fall Conference

Raisa Serebrenik

Dear Neerja and Conference Committee Members:

Thank you so much for the amazing conference! Your great team work and dedication made this conference a memorable experience for many our members and guests. This was a conference filled with great educational sessions, networking events, two exceptional district contests, Parade of Banners, Hall of Fame and outstanding educational sessions given by Dana LaMon.

Neerja: You were a truly inspiration for your team, supporting and motivating them from the start to finish. Thank you for leading your team and for ensuring that all our attendees will have a great time at the conference. And for finishing that conference on time at 9:35 pm!

Dorcia and Alex, our Facilities Chairs: Without your proper planning we would not run this conference so smoothly. Thank you for going over the scrip many times to ensure that we didn’t miss anything and that all events will run smoothly. Dorcia, please let your Dad know how thankful we are that he allowed you to work on Saturday. Alex, please thank your Dad for fixing our easel for the workshops so we don’t have to buy a new one.

Our Hospitality Chair Andreanette: Thank you for taking care of our “hungry” guests in the morning and throughout the day to ensure that nobody was starving. The food selection was great!

Rafay: Thank you for leading the Registration Committee and running the Registration Desk so efficient. Thank you for your constant updates on conference registrations and all your help that you provided to Neerja and me all the time.

Welcome from Lt. Governor Education & Training Raisa Serebrenik

Dear Members,
It’s my pleasure to personally welcome you to the District 46 family and wish you a great year ahead filled with new success stories and personal accomplishments.

Take advantage of the opportunities that this year provides to you. As you progress throughout the year, you will benefit from building new network opportunities with your fellow members, achieving new educational and leadership goals, and promoting the Toastmasters program so more people can benefit from it. Most importantly, your confidence will grow and YOU will become a better communicator and leader. This will be an amazing year for you!

As leaders, we have the responsibility before our members to make their Toastmasters experience great. As we set our goals high and work together to accomplish them, we will succeed. Let’s make every club in our district a vibrant and strong club! Let’s bring membership of every club to 20 or more members. Let’s aim high to make every club a President’s Distinguished club or at least the Select Distinguished club. We can do it!

As Eddie Robinson said, “The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential…these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.”

I invite you to learn, exchange ideas, and enjoy your time as District 46 Member. I am looking forward to celebrate your personal achievements. Bon Voyage!

Warmest Regards,
Raisa
