Club Incentive Awards

Mini DCP
District 46 will present a trophy to clubs that achieve 5 or more DCP points by December 31st.
Pathways Levels 1 – 5 Award
District 46 will award Pathways Levels 1 - 4 Ribbons to members who complete Levels 1 - 4, and individual Path Ribbons to members who complete Level 5.
Net Membership Growth Incentive
Clubs that grow their total paid membership by five or more members between July 1 and December 31 will be awarded a $50 Toastmasters International Gift Certificate from District 46.
Golden Gavel Award
Clubs meeting the criteria for the “Golden Gavel Award” will be recognized by the Program Quality Director by 1) the Golden Gavel Recognition Plaque, 2) receiving a Golden Gavel Ribbon for your club banner, 3) being recognized on the District 46 website.
Join Meetup
District 46 will reimburse your club up to a maximum of $100 for Meetup membership. Meetup helps people find others who share their interest or cause, and form lasting, influential, local community groups that regularly meet face-to-face.
Open House / Membership Drive Award
The District will reimburse the club up to $100 dollars for holding a successful Open House/Membership Drive between July 15th and June 15th.
New Club Incentive
District 46 will provide newly chartered clubs with a personalized Toastmasters Club Banner (Item 322), a $100 value when the club charters within two months of their first demo meeting and at least 20 memberships are paid through the end of the next membership period.
Club Pathways Enrollment
Clubs will receive either a gold, silver or bronze medal by achieving 100%, 85%, or 70% Pathways enrollment by September 1, 2018
Seven Officers Trained Summer & Winter
District 46 will award a complete set of club officer pins, a $60 value, to clubs that train all seven officers during both summer and winter.
Club Leadership Challenge
Clubs that renew memberships of at least 20 members by September 20th can claim a $50 Toastmasters International Gift Certificate from District 46.
