Open House

Have up to $100 of your club's Open House expenses reimbursed by District 46.

District 46 will reimburse clubs that hold Open House events up to a maximum of $100 per event.

Promote your Open House with a flyer or advertising, create a special event agenda, and keep a list of your club’s guests. All expenses, including Zoom for the event month, will be reimbursed up to $100, with a limit of two events per Toastmasters Year. All promotional materials and receipts must be submitted to the Club Growth Director for approval, and the expense report submitted through Concur.

Eligible: All Clubs
To Claim: Submit flyer or advertisement, agenda, guest list, and expenses to Club Growth for approval. Then submit expense report through Concur.
Restrictions: Maximum reimbursement is $100 per event, 2 event limit. All receipts must be submitted.
