Hold a Club Open House or Membership Drive

Clubs which hold successful Open House Meetings to support Membership Drive efforts are eligible for financial support. (Clubs with 50+ members as of July 1, 2019 are not eligible)

District 46 will reimburse club expenses (up to $100 per event, maximum of two events), for conducting an Open House event that attracts three non-Toastmaster guests who join the club.

  • Schedule your Open House / Membership Drive between July 1, 2019 and June 15, 2020.
  • Participating clubs must create and widely distribute an invitation and flier (must be TI-brand compliant) to potential guests in advance of the meeting, organize an attractive meeting and agenda, maintain a guest roster, and succeed in having three of those guests eventually join the club.
  • Submit your required materials to the Club Growth Director:

    Invitation Email and TI Brand-Compliant Flyer

    Guest Attendance Report indicating guests who became members
  4. 4
    TI Membership Roster clearly indicating the names of the three open house guests who became members
  • Submit receipts via Concur by June 20, 2020. Clubs are eligible for reimbursement of up to $100 per event.
  • Maximum of two events per Toastmaster’s year. Clubs with 50+ paid members on July 1, 2019 are not eligible to participate.
